Why I love Oils:
Essential oils are a perfect self-care tool because they’re incredibly effective while requiring very little time or energy. While our schedule doesn’t always allow for a nap, a yoga class, or an hour-long massage, we always have time for oils. Plus, we can take them with us wherever we go, just like our yoga practice.

What are Essential Oils?
Essential oils are naturally occurring, volatile aromatic compounds found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of a plant.
They can be both beautifully and powerfully fragrant. Essential oils give plants their distinctive smells, protect them and play a role in pollination. They also have an array of natural health benefits for humans.
